Men’s Tropicam Spearfishing Wetsuit

I’m purchased online on 27 November 2022
I received the parcel on 8 January 2023 and I opened it. I was so happy I finally got the wetsuit as I waited for more than a month. When I tried to put my left foot inside the wetsuit, it just splits apart. And I stopped to try the wetsuit on when the splits was made.
I tried the wetsuit normally and generally and it shouldn’t be that easy to split (and it costed me more than $500 to pay for it!) If the rip was caused by intensive or violent use, then I will not ask for an exchange or return. But I just started to step in the wetsuit and it splits easily.
I ask WAIHANA but only told me “Your request (2495) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.” on 22 January
I have been waiting for your company’s reply for several weeks already and the wetsuit has been sitting in my living room for several weeks. Can you please give me a reasonable solution in this case?

From the oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, to the sharp Jettis on the beach this suit is not only the most comfortable I’ve ever owned, but its endured some of the roughest diving with minimum blemish. Highly recommend!
